Ashley Shearer
Ashley Shearer is a woman who loves to share a smile. She sees the smile as the ultimate way to say hello, brighten someone's day, or show empathy and compassion. She is a wife and mother of two who reside in Concord, NC. Ashley enjoys listening to music, exploring coffee and ice cream shops with her family, and loves a competitive game of UNO! Ashley has served years as a Registered Dental Hygienist has and was able to know people of various backgrounds with interesting personalities. She has firsthand seen the positive impact good oral health can have on improving our systemic health. Ashley has translated her care and compassion from the dental field and is now sharing her skills with the Senior community. Ashley remembers as a small child helping provide bedside care to her Great Grandmother, Anna King. Those memories of holding hands, singing songs, and warm hugs hold a special place in her heart. Now as an adult Ashley’s hope in Co-founding Amata Estates is to be able to provide a safe and loving environment where our seniors can age with grace and dignity. Her Family Care Homes are curated with all the joy, compassion, and care you can share. This allows our beloved seniors to be well taken care of and gives support to the families of these loved ones. Ashley looks forward to meeting you and sharing the power of a smile!

A mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend and an aunt. From a young age Rose has always seen the world as a place where she can make a difference, and strife's to do so in every aspect of her life. Rose believes that if she can think it, she can achieve it and thinking is one of her favorite things to do. Rose is an overachieving problem solving all or nothing kind of a woman, so when she puts her mind to something she sees to it that it’s done the best way possible. As a co-founder of Amata Estates, she’s determined to fulfill all her residents’ needs and ensure the best care possible. As a successful self-made real estate investor, she’s determined to combine her love for owning real estate and providing a much-needed service to our beloved seniors in our community. Her synergistic approach to this vision is something Rose is proud of and is a part of a legacy she wants to be known by.
